DELIVERY INFORMATION

Domestic Delivery:

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan varies from 2 to 4 working days for major cities, and may take longer for remote areas, following dispatch. Kindly ensure availability at the provided contact number for communication with our delivery team. Timely delivery is contingent upon item availability and order confirmation. During sales, processing and delivery times may extend beyond the usual duration. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend shipping to your own address. Lasandal holds no liability for any loss or damage to orders delivered to self-pickup points, such as courier offices.

International Delivery:

For international orders, dispatch typically occurs within 5 to 7 working days after order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Lasandal cannot provide refunds if cancellation is requested once the order is in process. Customers are responsible for shipment and custom charges upon refusal or acceptance of delivery. During sales events, average delivery times may exceed the norm.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order is "in process," cancellation or refund is not possible.

PAYMENT VIA CARDS:

We prioritize a secure shopping experience. Occasionally, additional payment verification may be required, as per bank instructions, to prevent fraudulent transactions. Lasandal reserves the right to cancel orders declined by authorized payment institutions.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

Free shipping charges apply to all domestic orders. International delivery charges vary by destination. Customers can estimate delivery charges (excluding taxes & duties) during checkout. International orders may be subject to taxes & duties, payable upon delivery.

TRACK YOUR ORDER:

Upon dispatch, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. Track your order on the respective courier website provided in the email. For any tracking issues, contact us at catqwer1155@gmail.com. Lasandal is not liable for delays by third-party postal/courier companies.
