WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?


You have a 10-day window from the delivery date to claim a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
  • The product/s must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
  • The product received does not match the size ordered.

Domestic Orders:

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our Customer Services department for a return and full refund. Unfortunately, online purchases cannot currently be returned in-store. Inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable for hygiene reasons. Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are also non-returnable/exchangeable.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the one ordered.

International Orders:

For international orders, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A RETURN:

To return an item, please email us at eshop@lasandal.com with the return reason and order details. Once approved, send the parcel to our Ecommerce Department at the Head office address provided. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

In some cases, our customer support team may direct you to the nearest Lasandal outlet for exchange.

RETURN PROCESSING:

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy periods, please allow up to 14 working days.

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY:

If you wish to exchange for a different size, contact us within 10 days of delivery. The product/s must meet the same conditions as for returns.

REFUNDS:

We generally don't offer refunds but may consider it in exceptional cases where no exchange or solution is possible. Refunds will be in PKR, and any changes in currency exchange rates are the customer's responsibility. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Currently, we do not have a return policy for international orders. Customers refusing delivery are not entitled to return, refund, or compensation.

In special cases, approved exchanges require customers to send products to our facility in Karachi, Pakistan, with return charges borne by the customer.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

  • Customized and made-to-order products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless due to incorrect measurements.
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they do not match the ordered product.
